The entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well at The Bouqs Company, led by Founder & CEO John Tabis and let’s just say, it’s contagious! We are so excited to announce that John has been selected as a semifinalist for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2016 Greater Los Angeles Region Award!

“It’s such an honor to be named a semi-finalist among some of the best and brightest in the LA Area, including my friends Paul Yanover from Fandango, Michael Dubin from Dollar Shave Club, and Aaron Hirschhorn of Dogvacay. I’d like to thank E&Y for recognizing the important work we’re doing here at Bouqs to change the floral industry for the better, and to the amazing Mich Mathews for the nomination!”

Known as the world’s most prestigious business award for entrepreneurs, EY Entrepreneur Of The Year has been at the forefront of identifying game-changing business leaders for the past 30 years. The program has honored the inspirational leadership of such entrepreneurs as Howard Schultz of Starbucks, John Mackey of Whole Foods, Pierre Omidyar of eBay, Reid Hoffman and Jeff Weiner of LinkedIn, and Mindy Grossman of HSN. We’re beyond thrilled to have John recognized among so many other notable business luminaires in Greater LA.

Check out the full list of Semifinalists here. Finalists will be announced Monday, May 9, and winners will be announced at a black-tie Awards Gala on Tuesday, June 21, with almost 1,000 founders, CEOs and other business leaders in attendance, at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills, CA.

The town centre is 15 minutes off the Pacific Highway, so it’s a short detour before hitting the road again. The beach is
very clean and aside from the occasional drift woods and coconut husks lying around, it is spotless.
The island is a place where shelter for value
    swallows birds.
