We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, with limited shipping to Alaska and Hawaii on select Bouqs. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery is available Tuesday-Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.
A bulk order is any order of 10 or more items or a custom order of bulk stems. Bulk orders can be shipped to one delivery address or to multiple recipients.
Large orders qualify for discounts. Your Bouqs concierge will work with you to make you eligible for discounts depending on order quantities.
We recommend placing orders at least 2-3 weeks in advance. This lead time ensures our team can communicate your order to the farm, reserve the inventory for your specific arrangements, and allow for the time needed to cut, prep, pack and ship your flowers.
Once your Bouq has been picked, prepped and scanned by FedEx, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking link for up-to-date details on delivery status.
