Galentine’s Day is one of our favorite holidays because it combines two things we love: flowers and friends. And because we always like an excuse to celebrate, we recently hosted a Galentine’s Day get-together with a few of our local LA gals.
Our flower-filled celebration was made even more memorable thanks to a few partners who teamed up to help with entertainment. It’s true what they say – we get by with a little help from our friends!
Decorating our event space was made easy with a few balloons (sparkly, of course!), along with DIY floral wreaths and garland. Find step-by-step instructions on how to make floral wreaths for your next party!
Once everyone arrived, guests tried their hand at arranging their own Bouqs using our Galentine’s Day DIY floral package. The best part- everyone got to take their Bouqs home in gorgeous vases provided by Shabby Chic!
As for food, we wanted to make this party extra special by using eye-catching, disposable tableware sets provided by Harlow & Grey. Disposable tableware makes cleaning up at the end of the day easy, and everything is recyclable too, which is A++ in our book!
And if our friends were in the mood to take a peek into their futures, we had a local tarot card reader from House of Intuition on hand to do private readings.
Of course, we would never want to get between a girl and her glass of wine, so we invited our friends at Saucey to the party to pour up libations and keep everyone in good spirits.
Who doesn’t love a good party favor? As a way to say “thanks for the memories,” we made sure everyone left with a gift bag that included rose gummy treats from Sugarfina, neck scarves from Naked Cashmere, and the book My Floral Affair by Shabby Chic’s Rachel Ashwell.
Many thanks to all of our local friends for celebrating Galentine’s Day with us! We hope your own Galentine’s Day parties are just as fun.
