While we cannot guarantee a specific time, our deliveries typically occur as follows:

FedEx couriers are expected to deliver your order on the given delivery date by 8pm in the recipient’s time zone. Couriers will typically attempt to make deliveries to business addresses by 5pm, however, depending on their route for the day, this might not be feasible and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If you are sending flowers to someone at a business that may leave before 5pm, we recommend sending to a home address instead.

Your flowers will arrive unarranged in a Bouqs-branded box that’s designed to keep the flowers safe during their journey from the farm to your delivery address. Included in the box are general flower care instructions, a gift card with your personalized message, any add-ons, and, of course, your flowers.
