LaKendra says, " I booked Bouqs for my wedding on 10/10/2020. I was completely satisfied with my service experience. The team was very responsive to my emails and also proactively communicated when my items would be delivered, care instructions, and worked to secure more flowers when some of my items were held in customs (to ensure timely delivery next day). I would highly recommend Bouqs. Everyone loved my arrangements. I went with they DIY option and white blooms. It was very reasonable when compared to some other vendors I considered and the team was also able to customize my order to meet my needs."
Susana, married on 9/5/2020, says, "All the flowers came in beautiful condition. None of them were harmed or destroyed during shipping. They get delivered two days before the big day and they give you easy instructions on how to care for them. Would easily recommend them to anyone! Also they are budget friendly!"
Paul, married on 1/31/2020, says, "The Bouq Co. was extremely helpful and responsive when we placed an order for our 6 bouquets and 12 boutonnieres. We got married in Albany and were staying in a hotel for that entire week so we had the flowers delivered directly to the hotel. When they arrived, they were very easy to unpack. We kept the boutonnieres in the hotel mini fridge and the bouquets in vases with a small amount of water in a dark corner of our hotel room next to a humidifier we brought from home. They kept beautifully for the two days leading up to our ceremony! Honestly, we took them home and put them in new vases of water and they still look pretty dang good even almost 2 weeks after receiving them! If any of the flowers had not looked good, they sent a few extras as well as told us we could let them know and they would try and send replacement blooms within 24 hours, but we did not need to do this as all of our flowers looked flawless! We highly recommend them as this was the most painless way I could imagine having our flowers done for our big day! Easy and beautiful!"

All pre-arranged packages arrive wedding-ready, so they are completely assembled into bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. Our DIY packages arrive in loose stems and are not assembled, leaving you with all the creative freedom to arrange your own flowers.
There is a $300 minimum for wedding and wholesale orders, in addition to a $50 shipping fee. For a customized order, an additional fee may apply. Please inquire with our Weddings & Events Team for more details. Please note, sales tax and shipping tax will be assessed for orders shipping to certain states.
We recommend delivery for loose stems or our DIY packages 3 days in advance. This allows the flowers plenty of time to open up and you plenty of time to prep and arrange everything. For our pre-arranged packages, we recommend delivery 2 days before the wedding or event.
Our Weddings & Events Team needs a lead time of at least 30 days.
After placing an order with us you will receive your tracking information after your order is shipped, usually around 2-3 days before the delivery date.
Our Pre-Arranged packages can be customized by the number of each piece and the color (with specific options) of certain focal florals, however they cannot be customized to change the overall appearance of the arrangements since they arrive assembled and in bouquet form. For example, you cannot swap out flower types from roses to carnations.
Our DIY options are completely customizable. You can change the quantities, the colors, and the flower types.
We offer a wide variety of flowers and greenery, all of which can be found in our Wholesale Catalog (starting on page 22).
At a glance, flower types include alstroemeria, asiatic lilies, aster, mini call lillies, carnations, mini carnations, delphnium, gerbera daises, hydrangea, larkspur, lisianthus, matthiola, micro pompom, oriental lilies, pompon cushion, pompon daisey, pompon novelty, roses (in over 50 colors!), spray roses, garden roses, scabiosas, snapdragons, solomios, spider poms, and sun flowers.
Greenery we offer includes amaranthus, ammis, craspedia, dianthus, dusty miller, eryngium, gypsophelia (baby's breath), eucalyptus (sliver dollar, baby blue, and globulus), hypericum, kale, litaris, leather leaf, limonium, parviflora, photina, pittosporum, ruscus, safari sunset, solidago, statice, veronica.
We also offer over 10 different types of succulents.
We currently only ship to locations in the US. Due to specific restrictions with flower types and state-by-state agricultural laws, we cannot ship eucalyptus to Hawaii, and we cannot ship our tropical arrangements to California.
No, vases and sheers are not included with our packages. However, you can purchase our Wedding-Ready Kit and Cube or Cylinder Vases directly from our site.
Because our flowers are shipped directly from our eco-friendly farms, they'll arrive in their freshest condition. This helps them last for at least one week, sometimes longer if cared for properly.
Proper care instructions to increase the longevity of your flowers include changing the vase water every 2 days and trimming the stems at a 45-degree angle every 3-4 days.
For our Pre-Arranged packages, you will need to trim the stems of the arrangements to maximize hydration and keep them stored in water. The boutonnieres and corsages will need additional trimming when they are ready to be used. The stems are kept deliberately long to allow them to be placed in water
For our DIY packages, you will need to remove any leaves and thorns below the water line. Roses will need guard petals removed. Everything must be stored in water.
We also have a long list of Care Tips that will be emailed to you upon purchase.
Typically, we recommend 1-2 hours for prepping your flowers and 2-3 for arranging the bouquets, centerpieces and boutonnieres, but this will depend on the size of the package and how many people you have to help. Usually, we see that it takes the longest to arrange the first piece but once you finish, you'll have a better understanding of what you'll need to do for the rest of the pieces, and arranging will move along more quickly.
When we conducted a survey from couples that have used our services before, we found that the majority of couples who chose to go the DIY route found that they were surprised by how much fun the arranging part could be. Assembling the flowers provides a great opportunity for you to connect with your wedding party and guests in a meaningful way in the moments leading up to your big day.
You will need buckets (approximately 50 stems per bucket), shears, thorn strippers, floral tape, rubber bands, boutonniere pins, and ribbon.
