Note: On your first delivery of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly flowers, you have 4 hours to make your selection. Right after checkout, head over to your Subscription Dashboard to pick the first Bouq in your fresh flowers subscription. If you don’t make a selection, we’ll send one of our favorites. For future subscription deliveries, we'll send an email a few days before your order with a preview of your upcoming Bouq. You can choose and update your Bouq up until when that order is confirmed.

After your first subscription order, you may cancel at any time online in your Subscription Dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.

Yes, we make it simple to skip a delivery at any time. Whether you’ve chosen to receive weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly flowers, you can snooze your subscription for up to three consecutive deliveries or skip an individual delivery in your Subscription Dashboard at any time. We understand that life happens, so we've made sure our flower subscription service is flexible in order to work with you or your recipient's schedule.

- Change size and delivery date: Sometimes you may want to opt for a bigger Bouq for a very special occasion, like Valentine’s Day or to say ‘Congratulations!’ We’ve made it easy to update the size or your Bouq and set the right delivery date for the occasion.

You decide! Our subscription service allows you to choose a delivery frequency that works best for you and your recipient – our options include deliveries weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly. Whether you prefer a monthly flower delivery, a fresh bouquet every week, or something in between, the choice is yours!

Yes! Your subscription includes free shipping (a $25 value) on all subscription orders and any additional purchases you make on our website. Please note, a fee may apply for select delivery options, such as Saturday deliveries.

We offer three subscription sizes that each have a standard charge: $48 for an Original, $59 for a Deluxe, and $74 for a Grand.

Our Original-sized Bouqs include 10-16 stems, Deluxe-sized Bouqs have 20-32 stems, and the Grand-sized option features 30-45 stems.

We also occasionally offer subscriber-exclusive upgrades and premium priced Bouqs, which you can opt into. You'll only receive one of these higher-priced Bouqs if you select it prior to shipment.
You can absolutely give the gift of monthly flowers to anyone in your life, for any reason! You can even gift them weekly, bi-weekly, or bi-monthly, all depending on the frequency you choose. Our floral subscription truly is the gift that keeps on giving!

When gifting a subscription, the Subscription Dashboard is accessible to the purchaser. But that just means you get to keep surprising them month after month with fresh Bouqs they’ll love

After signing up, you’ll have the option to send a gift notification by email or print a PDF to share as a card with your lucky recipient.
