How it works

  • 1. Check Your Email

    Two weeks before your upcoming delivery you'll get an email with a preview of your order. If it looks good, you’re all set – no action needed.

  • 2. Customize ASAP

    If you’d like to make changes, be sure to get on it early. Our flowers are cut-to-order, which reduces waste and is better for the environment, so we can’t make any changes to your order within 9 days of your delivery date.

  • 3. Enjoy

    Our eco-friendly farms will start prepping your long-lasting flowers, and your credit card will be charged 9 days before your next delivery date.

In your subscription dashboard the “Settings” tab is where you can change your default recipient, size and payment method. To edit individual deliveries, including skipping a delivery, use the “Deliveries” tab. For more information and step by step instructions, visit our Help Center.

Your subscription is very flexible! You're in control of your deliveries and can make updates in the subscription management dashboard.

- Switch up recipients: You can change up your recipient with every order – send one to mom for her birthday, the next one to your friend, the next one to yourself. It makes birthdays, anniversaries, and any other gifting moments easy.

- Pick your flowers (if you want). You can choose the bouquet (or plant!) for every individual delivery within your subscription dashboard or set it and forget it — we'll take care of the rest.

- Change Bouq size or delivery date: It’s easy to change your settings from your subscription management dashboard.

No, you will need to add a note and signature (if desired) to each delivery so your recipient knows who it is from.

If your selected frequency is “monthly” you will only receive 1 delivery per month. If you’d like to receive additional deliveries, we recommend starting a new subscription with a higher frequency or using your code SUBSPERK to make a non-subscription purchase and still enjoy free shipping. 

Unfortunately, you cannot update your frequency through your dashboard. We recommend cancelling your subscription and starting a new one with your desired frequency. You can also contact our customer support team for help with this. 

You can edit your next 3 deliveries at a time and have until 9 days before the delivery date of each to make changes.

Our flowers are cut-to-order, which reduces waste and is better for the environment, so we can’t make any changes to your order within 9 days of your delivery date. This lets us provide ample time for our farmers to process your order and hand it off to the courier.

Your default credit card will be charged 9 days before your next delivery date. You can update your payment method in the “Settings” tab of yoursubscription dashboard.

As a subscriber you’ll always get our best deal – up to 30% off + free shipping on all subscription orders from the exclusive collection. 
We currently offer three subscription sizes that each have a standard charge: $44 for an Original, $56 for a Deluxe, and $69 for a Grand.* Sometimes we will offer subscriber-exclusive upgrades and premium priced Bouqs, which you can opt into. You'll only receive one if you select it.
