100 WEDDINGS SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO BE SELECTED. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF BEING SELECTED.
1. Eligibility: This Promotion is open only to those who sign up at https://bouqs.com/services/100weddings and who are 18 years old as of the date of entry. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Hawaii, and is void where prohibited by law. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you, “Participant”, agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and our Privacy Policy, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of The Bouqs Company as final and binding as it relates to the operation, content and fulfillment of this Promotion.
3. Promotion Overview: The Promotion is intended to recognize individuals who have had to alter their original wedding plans due to events in 2020, such as extreme weather and COVID-19 (“Events”). During this promotion period, The Bouqs Company will deliver up to 100 packages from its Micro Weddings collection (“Package(s)”) to selected winners “Winners”. Each of the 100 Winners will receive one (1) prize from the Packages. For the avoidance of doubt, the Packages consist exclusively of the following products: i) “Always You”, ii) “Cut the Cake”, and iii) “Big Day”. After the maximum number of Packages has been reached, The Bouqs Company will deliver 20% discount codes to each Participant who submitted a qualifying entry as part of this Promotion. The discount code may be applied towards a purchase for a Package from The Bouqs Company. The discount code will expire on February 28, 2021 and may only be applied to items mentioned on www.bouqs.com/offers/100weddings.
4. Promotion Period: Qualifying entries will be accepted online starting on December 1, 2020 and ending December 30, 2020 11:59 PST.
5. How to Enter: The Promotion may be entered by:
- Submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://bouqs.com/services/100weddings. Information collected by each Participant includes First Name, Last Name, Instagram Handle, Delivery Address, Email Address, Delivery Date, Wedding Date, Micro Wedding selection, and a description of how the Participant’s wedding plans were impacted by Events in 2020. All Participants opt-in to receive promotional emails from The Bouqs Co. Weddings and David’s Bridal; and
- Following @thebouqscoweddings, @davidsbridal, @brilliantearth, and @psweddingshop on Instagram.
Submissions must fulfill all Promotion requirements listed herein as specified, to be eligible to receive a Package or to receive a discount code. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the specified rules or requirements may be disqualified at the sole discretion of The Bouqs Company. Participants permit the use of the Participant’s name and contact information by The Bouqs Company in the manner set forth in these Rules, including the delivery of a Package to the Participant’s address.
6. Entries: You must provide the information requested and follow all Instagram accounts mentioned. You may not enter more than once, including by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you make multiple entries or use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your entries may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of The Bouqs Company. By entering the Promotion, you agree that The Bouqs Company and Prize Providers may use your name, social media handle, city and state of residence, voice, photograph, video and/or similar related information for any and all publicity, promotional, or commercial purposes without compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
7. Award: If Participant submission meets the specified requirements and the 100 Package maximum has not been reached yet, the Participant will receive one Package. This includes and is limited to Participant’s choice of: i) one bridal bouquet and one boutonniere (“Big Day”), OR ii) two bridal bouquets (“Always You”), OR iii) two boutonnieres (“Cut the Cake”) from The Bouqs Company at no charge to the Participant. The first five winners (“Grand prize winners”) will also receive one $500 gift card to David’s Bridal which is good for in-store purchases only, and cannot be used for internet purchases. Not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Gift cards have no usage or monthly fees.; one $250 gift card to Paper Source, which is redeemable exclusively online; and one $100 gift card to Brilliant Earth, which is redeemable exclusively online. If Participant entry meets the specified requirements, but the 100 Package maximum has been reached already, Participant will receive a discount code as provided above. No cash or other floral bouquet substitution shall be permitted except at The Bouqs Company’s sole discretion. Bouquets, boutonnieres, gift cards and discount codes are nontransferable and may not be exchanges for cash, credit or any other item.
8. Odds: The odds of Participants receiving a piece from the Micro Wedding collection, gift cards from David’s Bridal, Paper Source and Brilliant Earth, or receiving a discount code, depend on a number of factors, including the number of eligible entries received, the quality of content submitted, the proposed wedding dates of Participants, and the number of remaining prizes available. The Bouqs Co. reserves the right to select winners based off the quality of Participant’s submission as well as the proposed date of Participant’s weddings.
9. Approximate Fair Market Value of Award: The fair market value of the Package ranges between $55.00 and $120.00 (exclusive of shipping costs), depending on which Package is selected by the Participant. The fair market value of the discount code to be delivered to an eligible Participant is approximately $11.00 to $24.00. Grand prizes are valued at a cumulative $900.00 to $1,000.00 depending on which piece is chosen from the Packages, excluding shipping costs. Recipients of the Packages and gift cards are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes or other fees and expenses associated with award acceptance and use.
10. Delivery: Qualified Recipients will be eligible to receive prizes on a first-come-first-served basis, unless the maximum prize limit has been reached. The Bouqs Company and Prize Providers shall have no liability for any Participant’s failure to receive a floral item or gift card, or your failure to receive a discount code, due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or due to you providing incorrect or contact information. If a Package or gift card cannot be delivered within 3 days from the first attempted delivery, the Package will be forfeited without notice to you. The Bouqs Company and Prize Providers shall have no liability whatsoever to you for any aspect of delivered Packages, including the condition of the flowers. All Packages and gift cards must be delivered prior to June 30, 2021. Prize Providers David’s Bridal, Paper Source, and Brilliant Earth will be responsible for the delivery of their respective gift cards to the five (5) Grand prize winners that are timely identified to them by the Bouqs Company. The Bouqs Company will not be held responsible for failure of gift card delivery.
11. Terms & Conditions: The Bouqs Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion should a virus or bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond The Bouqs Company’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this Promotion. The Bouqs Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of this Promotion or The Bouqs Company’s website or social media accounts, or violates these rules. The Bouqs Company has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of this Promotion, and to void submissions for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same nominee under different names or handles, or from different computers or IP addresses or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or social media account or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should any such attempt be made, The Bouqs Company reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. By participating in this contest, all Participants agree to have their submission and relevant data shared with Prize Providers David’s Bridal, Paper Source, and Brilliant Earth, to be used in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies, including but not limited to First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Delivery Address, and other fields included in the entry form, and to receive solicitations from Prize Providers unless and until the entrant opts out of such email communications.
12. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Promotion, each Participant agrees to release and hold harmless The Bouqs Company, Prize Providers and their representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your or your nominated Recipient’s participation in the Promotion, including your (or your Recipient’s) receipt, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize related to this Promotion, or your receipt, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any discount code, or any condition of or failure to receive a prize ; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; or (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of submissions.
13. Disputes: THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO ITS CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between us, and any causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to, any punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with participating in this Promotion). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
14. Privacy Policy: Any information you submit as part of this Promotion is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on The Bouqs Company’s website: https://bouqs.com/about-us/privacy.

The Prize Providers are David’s Bridal, 101 Washington St., Conshohocken, PA, 19428; Paper Source, 125 South Clark St., 15th Floor, Chicago, IL, 60603; and Brilliant Earth, 26 O’Farrell St., Floor 10, San Francisco, CA, 94108. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform.
16.
