Farmer Eli has a passion for Proteas passed down to him by his father Jose who founded Rosamina 30 years ago.Senor Jose fell in love with Safari sunset and proteas in general and defied nature to grow them in Tabio, Cundinamarca in the outskirts of Bogota. The farm boasts with 50 hectares of field grown Proteas, pin cushions, Leucadendron, foliage and has achieved Rain forest certification as well as Basc.  Our farm team of 120 employees much of them women head of household, work together to create these beautiful bouquets we hope you enjoy.

Originally founded in his parent’s backyard, Farmer Benito’s farm now grows some of the world’s best statice flower and alstroemeria. The farm boasts an outstanding team of devoted employees who enjoy good benefits like paid vacation and educational programs for their kids. Some of his employees have been working there for over 30 years! Also, Benito's farm is Rainforest Alliance certified.

Roses are delivered with guard petals still attached — these protect the roses in transit and can be easily removed. They may appear lighter in color or have spots (this is normal!). Trim stems at an angle and fill vase with water.
For the longest vase life, continue trimming stems at an angle as well as removing extra leaves when refreshing your arrangement.

Please display in an area safely out of your pet's reach. 

When the path of sunlight reaching your plant is not direct, or is filtered by something else (ex: sheer curtains).

Roses

Keep your vase filled with water. Water should be changed every 2 to 3 days.

Exuberance

Ranunculus arrive in small, bud form but once bloomed they are 3-5 times their initial size! Trim the stems at an angle and add fresh water to your favorite vase. Make sure your ranunculus aren't crowded in your vase or are not trimmed to fit the vase. Since ranunculus have hollow stems they'll need the support so they don't bend over. Display in an area away from pets. Enjoy!

Grown on a Volcano 10,000 feet above sea level in the most sun possible, the flowers benefit from volcanic run-off of pure ice-melt water, hence their name “Volcano Roses”. Orchids are happiest in medium to low indirect light. They only need to be watered once a week, just make sure that the pot is dry in between watering. An ice cube a week also works well for the orchid's watering needs! After orchid flowers fall, continue to care for plant to encourage more blooms.
