Care Instructions For Peonies

Peonies will arrive in bud form which provides protection during delivery and helps increase vase life.

1. Prep Your Stems

Remove any outer guard petals that have natural spots (don't worry, it's normal!) and discard any leaves that would fall below the water line. Trim at least one inch off each stem at a sharp 45 degree angle.

2. Hydration Is Key

Fill your vase with fresh water and flower food and arrange your stems, taking care not to overcrowd them.

3. Watch Them Bloom

Your peonies will bloom dramatically over the next 1-2 days once hydrated, enjoy the show!

Floral Footnotes

Yellow peonies are among the more rare varieties. Their season lasts only a few fleeting weeks—so don’t miss your chance to bring them home!
